Before you book

Appointments are made through Vagaro or by phone. A $40 deposit is taken towards your treatment at the time of booking.

Deposit & cancellation policy

A fee of $40 will be taken as a deposit towards your treatment. If you can't make it and need to cancel your appointment, you must cancel 72 hrs before your scheduled appointment. If not cancelled 72 hrs before, you will not receive your $40 deposit back.

Cancellations made within 12 hours of your scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee. We deeply appreciate your understanding and respect for our time, as it allows us to maintain a serene and seamless experience for all of our valued guests.

Do you travel to clients?

No. Every treatment takes place at the studio at 32 Wakeman Rd, Hampton Bays, by appointment only. Clients travel in from across the East End.

How do I book?

Appointments are booked through Vagaro at https://www.vagaro.com/luzdemar/book-now, or by calling 631-255-8794. A $40 deposit is taken towards your treatment when you book.

Which facial should I choose?

You do not have to decide in advance. Every facial begins with a skin analysis, including advanced camera skin analysis, and the treatment is recommended from that. If you are unsure, book the Custom Facial.
